Today is Tuesday, December 10th, 2019. Today was a pretty good day but was definitely packed with things to do. Because I was so tired after tennis yesterday and went to bed early, I woke up at 5 am today to finish my homework and was actually really productive. I studied for bio and history, and even had extra time to work on the Stronger Than Pain Website. The morning was going relatively easy until I had a Bio pop essay. This took a lot of concentration and I had to focus for 20 minutes straight and finish my prompt, which was hard for me. After bio I had math and history and those two class periods were relatively easy today. After school I went for tutoring. I came home around 5 pm and exercised for an hour. I try to exercise about 6 days a week as it helps me manage my pain and stay fit. Exercising reminds me of how far I have come on my journey of managing my chronic pain. After my exercise, I had my piano class for 30 minutes. When my headache was debilitating in 2017, I was not even able to have my piano class because the noise was too loud. I’m proud to say that my noise factor of increasing my pain has significantly decreased and I am able to play the piano again. In the night, I finished my homework and made sure to go to bed at a decent time so I can get at least 7 hours of sleep.
