    Gluten and Dairy Free Alternatives (+ Some New Recipes)

    I have had chronic abdominal pain for about 2 years now. Throughout these 2 years, doctors have tried many different tests and still cannot find the root cause. I was encouraged to follow a gluten and dairy free diet, and this helped me discover what food groups increase my pain. It took some time to adjust to this diet, but I have found many alternatives and want to share my favorites. For gluten and dairy free goods, I usually get them from Trader Joes as they have a large selection of alternatives. I will also provide some new gluten and dairy free recipes I have been using!

    Pasta- kale and cauliflower gnocchi, carrot spirals
