Baking has always been a hobby of mine and I love finding recipes and adding my own touch to it. One of my go-to recipes is Gluten and Dairy Free Banana Bread. Although it is gluten and dairy free, you can't even taste the difference! I will add a link to the recipe I took inspiration from, a picture of my creation, and the instructions I used to make this bread.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork and add brown sugar, vegan butter or coconut oil, and two eggs. Stir until well blended.
Add in intervals: almond flour, almond milk/plant based milk of your choice, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and dark chocolate chips. Mix until you have the right consistency for your batter.
Pour batter into loaf pan and add extra walnuts and chocolate chips on top; For my recipe, I added chocolate chips to the whole loaf and walnuts on half the loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes, and allow it to cool for at least minutes.
