Here is a sample of what I eat in a day. All my meals are gluten free and dairy free. I have been gluten and dairy free for over a year ever since I started having chronic abdominal pain, usually after meals. Cutting out gluten and dairy has reduced the severity of my stomach pain and overall made me feel so much better
Breakfast- gluten-free oatmeal topped with strawberries, blueberries, granola, and almond butter
Lunch- (Ordered Takeout): Bowl with sweet potato, mushroom, avocado, chicken, and greens
Snack- Tortilla chips with hummus or carrots with hummus Dinner- Steak with sweet potato fries, cauliflower, and green beans
Dessert- either a piece of dark chocolate or I make my own ice cream sundae
