Cooking and baking has become one of my favorite hobbies. I love trying new recipes and making alternatives that are gluten and dairy free. I recently saw the hot chocolate bomb trend last December and wanted to try the recipe. I found a recipe online that shares the instructions of making the chocolate mold and then added my own touch to it. This recipe was really quick, easy, and fun to make!
Here is my hot chocolate bomb recipe:
Equipment: silicone molds - Link to Silicone Molds for Hot Chocolate Bombs
Serving Size- 3 hot chocolate bombs
Ingredients:
⅔ cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Mini marshmallows
Almond Milk or any plant based milk
6 tbsps hot chocolate mix (I used the dairy free Ghirardelli mix)
